Today’s workout:

🔥Warm up with a 10 minute run, have a bit of a rest and stretch then…

👉 10 x 10m Shuttle Runs 2 minute rest

👉 10 x 10m Side to Side Shuttle Runs 5 minute rest

👉 5 x 50m sprints

👉 8 x 100m sprints

Walk back to recover in between each sprint.
