Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of Jindabyne Rugby Union Football Club Incorporated will be held at the Lake Jindabyne Hotel on Monday 8th May at 6:30pm.
This meeting has been called to consider a Special Resolution to amend the Club’s Constitution.
All Individual Members and Life Members are invited to attend.
Members entitled to vote may submit notices of motion for inclusion as special business at a general meeting. All notices of motion must be submitted in writing to the Club via email president@bushpigs.rugby no less than Fourteen (14) days prior to the general meeting. Therefore please supply any notices of motion by Sunday 23 April, 2023.
