Today’s workout:

💥 AMRAP – As Many Rounds As Possible

⏱ 15 minutes

Each Round:

➡️ Push ups x 10 reps

➡️ Skaters x 20 reps

➡️ Ankle Touches x 30 reps

➡️ Burpees x 10 reps

🔁 Then do it all again…keep going for 15 minutes!
