Today’s workout:

💥 AMRAP – As Many Rounds As Possible in… ⏱ 20 minutes! (you’ll see that option on the SmartWOD app).

Each Round:

➡️ Shoulder Touch Push ups x 10 reps

➡️ Sumo Squats x 20 Reps

➡️ Bicycles x 20 reps

➡️ Burpees x 1 reps

🔁 Then do it all again…keep going for 20 minutes!
