Please forward any agenda items or notices of motions to the club secretary by Monday 20th October 2025.
Election of Directors and appointment of additional positions shall be conducted in accordance with the Constitution. If you wish to nominate for any of the prescribed positions, please submit your nomination via the prescribed form at our Committee page or via email to secretary@bushpigs.rugby by Monday 27th October 2025.
